How long does it take for my tea order to ship?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via USPS or UPS usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a resolution.

Yes, our classic silken sachets are made from a plant-based material that is compostable and free from plastic mesh.
